I've been scouring the net like a rabid hyena, looking for subs for the latest eps of Can We Get Married, but they are not out yet. Out of sheer desperation, I checked the first ep of TKoD.
Surprisingly, I enjoyed it - it was cynical and funny and though I can't say I am invested in any of these people, I was rooting for Jung Ryo Won's character.
I loathe loathe the lead played by Kim Myung Min (who, sorry gals, is just as unattractive in action as in stills - the dude has the sex appeal of a tree, even if he does act well), but he is an entertaining character. I just hope hope hope there will be no loveline between him and JRW because (a) imagining him involved in a romance of any sort is about as easy as walking on Jupiter; (b) I do NOT want to see him in make outs or any romantic situation due to above-mentioned utter lack of sex appeal - talk about yuck and (c) he is a neurotic, supremely selfish user. And I am much too old be be able to buy that someone like that can change at the ripe old age of 40+ or that someone like that would make a tolerable boyfriend.
No idea if I will continue, but at least I enjoyed my hour+
